      Pros

      Great benefits, the culture they present is modern and ideal for most employees, and small perks like a lunch here and there or free snacks.

      Cons

      The team I was on does not seem to practice the company's core values, team members are not readily available most of the time, and most of the team doesn't know the product well as it was largely created by a select few. At least for me, any issues or misunderstandings were not discussed and instead treated as offenses at face value. It's difficult to work for someone who has made up their mind about not liking you, and from what I can tell was looking for any reason to get me out the door.

      We at Storewise recognize that as a small company, our tenured employees have a profound knowledge of our platform and newer employees have a great opportunity to learn from them. Since we are growing so quickly it can be tough for those people to be available all the time which is why we are actively expanding the knowledge base and resources available to all our employees to ensure that more than just a few have deep product expertise. We would never intend to hire an employee and make them feel unwelcome, as that directly contradicts Storewise's core values. Thanks for your feedback and best of luck!

      Thank you for your honesty. Your criticisms have been felt and are being addressed internally. While we are making great strides at changing the company culture, the lasting effects of any toxicity and poor leadership are not something that can be erased overnight. With a new leadership team in place that prioritizes workplace culture and employee morale, we have seen significant increases in employee happiness as shown through the implementation of anonymous employee surveys.
