      Pros

      The boss and colleagues are very friendly, and they are all highly skilled. Everyone had clear goals, the projects were very interesting, and we were able to learn a lot. Because it's a startup, the boss gives employees a lot of freedom to try cutting-edge technologies and explore the underlying code details.

      Cons

      International team communication can be inefficient at times due to time zone differences and cultural variations, but it is constantly being improved.
