Pros
Storied has brought me so much personal and professional growth throughout my career. It can be challenging working in a start-up environment: quick paced, fast pivot, build the plane while flying it; but its so rewarding to see what you and a few amazing team members can accomplish.
It's not the spot for everyone. If you're looking to be stale, just work a boring 9-5, not use your brain, slip under the radar - not your spot. But if you want to learn, grow, stretch, contribute and lean into your talent & voice - it's the place.

Cons
As with all smaller (and growing) organizations, there can be some growing pains. Sometimes you don't always have the map or GPS of where you're going but you have a great boat and solid paddle buddies to help you get there.
