Pros

Service letter are not issued on time to resigning employees. Torture on notice period. Multiple interns will work for short period won't get the result. Very very low pay.

Cons

No vision on product and company future. Give false promise to employees and customers. Employee careers are not considered. Internal politics within management. Not focussed to result of the product. Technology team need work for sales also. Very very low pay. Termination without notice for interns . Zero transparency.

Good collaboration between team members. There will be part time interns to complete the tasks.

Low salary. Old technology used again and again. If you are an experienced person, you will see everything that is wrong.

Depending on project, there is good work to learn new skill Good team fellow members

Not much growth in company, its old technology re-used with differnt skin Interns who dont know about salary or work standards do the work for cheap cost No transparency No bonus Low Salary and in appraisal time always budget issue. But during the works we are like MNC and high standards. The appraisal review meet is one script ready by some other staff that we have not met 5+ years it is still start up company.
