My experience here was horrendous. Treatment from the MD was awful, very unprofessional individual. Not a nice person at all to staff, clients and caditates. I experienced her cancelling an interview on a candidate after meeting them due to their body appearance, the way the candidate was spoken about openly in the office was really criminal on so many levels. I can assure you if you take a job here you won’t last 6 months..you are promised the sun, moon and stars and it’s all talk! If I could have seen these reviews before I had taken a job I wouldn’t have wasted my time applying!

No management ownership, blames staff for companies inefficiencies. Constancy threatened job is unstable due to lack of income. No management structure. When you first start you are told you will make up to 40k in a year, yet you are never paid your commission and there is always an excuse.
