I left Storm 3 a while ago and I still cannot think about this job without feeling absolutely nauseous. Now that I have a new job I see how awful Storm3 was and how the way employees are treated and what they make their employees do was disgusting. It was my first job out of college so I didn’t know what to expect or what was normal. You are made to spam and harass CEOs, VPs… etc at healthtech companies. Hundreds of emails a day and cold calling them over and over again all day long until these C suite Professionals have to threaten to get legal involved to stop us from harassing them. It will ruin your reputation. The managers and directors will have you living in constant fear for your job. They will belittle you and tell you if you don’t make the company money you will be fired with no remorse. They embarrass you by showing your KPIs and how well/poorly you are doing to the entire company every single Friday at the end of the week. I don’t know how this company is legally still operating. It is becoming widespread that Storm3/Levin is a pyramid scheme. I removed this experience from my resume because of the implications. Also any good review on here was done by the directors- confirmed to be true. I thought I was overreacting about how bad the company was at first. But now that I am working for an amazing company who cares about who I am as a person, I have realized how awful this company is. Please don’t make my mistake and good luck on your job search.

Disclaimer: I speak for the Dallas office exclusively. I could probably host a Ted Talk about how bad this company is. This company is premature in all decisions they make including the decision of moving to the US. This office has brought on over 100 consultants in the last 10 months… There are less than 40 now. I was micromanaged significantly more in this role than I was in high school. The recruitment services they offer are so niche and overpriced it’s nearly impossible to find a customer specific and dumb enough to pay for the services. KPIS are all that is preached. They do not care about you, they want you to become a recruiting robot. My mental health has improved immensely since leaving. Management will literally talk bad about you with each other on Microsoft teams. The “people ops” team provide ABSOLUTELY no value. All they do is harp on you for not hitting your KPIs. We were promised “90-110k OTE”. There may be one person in that office will make more than 70k this year. 42k a year… gimme a break.

Pros

They game everything. I wouldn’t say there are pros with this group. Everyone in management is just kinda there hoping for their big payday so they can leave and don’t care about what happens after that.

Micromanagement Very KPI centric Impersonal, no on cares about you No one in management knows what they’re doing and are very poorly structured
