Pros

The location is good. Base is decent. subpar benefits. Good PTO.

Cons

If you have no experience in recruitment DO NOT WORK HERE. Not only do they lie and say that they have “master classes” for training, they have absolutely no training at all and they all look at you like you have ten heads when you ask for help. Like you’re an annoyance. There are people who are there for 6-7 months still never knowing how to make a deal. Meanwhile at other firms people are making their first deal in a month. This is absolute NEGLIGENCE on the part of management and embarrassing for the company. They never explain to you that you are being paid ONCE a MONTH. I asked other employees about this and they were never told either. They love to bamboozle potienal canidates lying about their “amazing work culture”. You will work 10+ hours and they will make you feel bad if you need to leave after the 10th hour. There is no work life balance. 0/10 do not recommend. There are places with better salaries, better hours, better company culture, and great training. I found one, and so can you.

Pros

Flexible to a certain extent.

Cons

The culture is very bad at this organization. They work as a clique and if you don’t fit into this “clique” you are seen as an outsider. The team is unprofessional and make rude comments to other team mates. There is a strong need for HR in this organization but that also if they hold value of this employee. Most of the team are buddies for years so you won’t fit in if you are new. Stay away and find yourself a better place to work at.

Pros

Nice offices, Beer in Fridge, Good Xmas parties

Cons

share options document turned out to be highly irregular when I had it reviewed by an independent expert. I joined to head a division but then found out others were all already employed heading up the same division. I was promised support but it was not given, the profits I made the business after exceeding target were used to grow other departments while investment in my sector was cut. The Chairman enjoys humiliating poor performers in public at various company events which I found completely disgusting although was never on the receiving end of it personally.
