Pretty cool industry. A few cool people.

Cons

Terrible management. Will give you last minute projects you know nothing about and you take responsibility when they're not done perfectly. Had to meet with HR for responding to a few texts while others around me watched youtube videos for hours. Senior executives don't care for bottom level employees. Didn't introduce themselves once. Employees don't feel valued.

It is nice that they have a truck stipend and pay your gas

Cons

The executive team is very disrespectful and belittles employees, they are very unorganized and do not care to ask how solve problems, the team is very inexperienced and not able to manage the project they take on. It is honestly a miracle they are still in business
