No Pro's at all. I will not recommend this company to anyone.
Cons
It is byfar the worst company I have ever seen and experienced. Apart from your role you need fullfill other things as well which are not included in your KRA's and if you don't do it they will terminate you and will not give a proper explanation. Plus the behaviour is worst no clear communication at all. No value for the employees at all.
