      There are really no pros to working here. Lowest pay in the industry .

      Cons

      Forced overtime with no compensation and a system designed for only the shady owner, Ali Mayar to make money. You will be promised the world and will get nothing but terrible beat up leads and management yells at you if you take more than 2 bathroom breaks per day. Low compensation with 0 benefits.

      Beautiful Building and you work on your pitches with each other every morning.

      Cons

      Promise you the world and similar to every other merchant cash advance company. Same old lead used over and over. Overly aggressive people everywhere yelling and cursing, fake tough guys. Long hours which are mandatory. low pay

      Horrible Work-Life Balance Boss tries to act like he knows everything but doesn't, gets involved for no reason Get mad if you leave at 6 (which is your time to leave anyway) while he leaves early Boss plays heavy favorites which leads to unfair treatment Expect you to not take lunch and stay late Hired me as a "developer" for a job that had no coding at all
