While we employ over 60 amazing staff members who are experts in their fields, we realize that everyone needs to start their career somewhere. The purpose of this role is to allow entry level applicants the opportunity to join a growing company and work their way up. The job description for the entry level Internet Marketing Analyst position is clearly defined and public for everyone to see on our website under the Careers section. Furthermore, we make sure candidates for this position completely understand what this entry level role entails during the interview process. The Internet Marketing Analyst position serves a very important role in our day-to-day operations. It is counterintuitive for us to hire new staff members into a role where they are not happy and cannot advance with the company. Staff members in this role normally move up to a specialist role within 3-6 months and they always receive a raise on the 6 and 12 month mark. We have a number of current staff members that can vouch for this. I hope this clears up any misunderstandings you may have had.
