      Although boss and allowance is good. But the management use the power to play favouritism.

      Cons

      Lack of coordination, lack of team work between departments. Management use their power to play favouritism. If someone have background behind, they can do whatever they want. Never measure with performance. No team work and ppl only want to show off to their boss only. Because management see only those show off ppl. it tends to be toxic environment and no team work.
