      Pros

      - hybrid setting (I get only 1 WFO per week, it's based on your manager) - professional people to work with - supportive leader and management - health insurance and learning benefits are solid - WORK LIFE BALANCEEE (as a gen z, I luv it)

      Cons

      things can move pretty fast, so priorities sometimes shift
