It was simply a job between finding a better company to work.
Cons
It was a revolving door of employees coming and going. The team was at constant odds with program management and each other and lacked cohesiveness. Benefits are not great. 401k matching was immediate vesting; however it was only 3% match which is not comparable to other employers in Huntsville. I expect to see a response from the company using some mental gymnastics around their calculations for 401k match that make it seem much more grand than it is: we match up to an eighth of a percent of 24% of employee's salary. See how that works? Salaries are below market rates for the industry and are not inline with other companies in Huntsville. Just because the company believes they are doesn't make it so.
