Cons

Personal bias in giving promotions, Company financial situation is not good, so don't expect any salary hike, Unfair appraisal system.. Don't expect career growth. Zero appreciation of hard work.

1. Heavy top management, very few avenues to grow 2. Top management has no experience in healthcare and essentially no people management skills 3. Lack of defined job roles 4. Middle management is essentially a fish market, most managers (including a female VP) are extremely rude, aggressive, mean, back-stabbing, absolutely unchecked behavior, almost vultures. Horrible horrible experience!!!!
