Pros

- Flexible working arrangements, especially working remote - High level of independence and responsibility relating to areas of a project you work on. - Varied project types, often with a positive social impact (eg, educational games that work as games)

Cons

- Teams are often split between timezones, which isn't a negative itself but some people find it very difficult. - Strangeloop has a design approach that operates in larger but slower cycles (like that at a larger studio). It can feel like the game's design is inflexible at times which can be very frustrating to developers who aren't used to this.

Pros

Remote work, with flexible workhours Squad-based system, with teams working together on specific features Paid fun company activities (e.g.: playtest sessions, game-club) Awesome senior management, prepared to help devs move to the next level Huge room for growth for employees -- guidance included. Everyone's super friendly and professional!

Cons

Workflow might take some time to get used to Timezone differences can make it hard to reach out to other squads if need be Eco and its features are too interesting and might make you wanna work overtime lol
