      Company's Middle Managment Hostile and Falsifying Facts to Cover THEIR Butt!

      Good Pay. Good Benefits. Good co-workers.

      Cons

      Terrible Management Practices. Will throw employees under the bus to dodge responsibility. Inability to retain good employees. Low workload and high stress.

      Great place to achieve

      Pros

      Great group of people from upper management to wire dogs. Everyone knows what is expected of them, and does their best to achieve higher standards. In shop technicians work very well with engineering, PMs, and managers. Truly, a working team atmosphere.

      Cons

      Ten hour a day shifts takes a little time to get used to. But really, not a problem.

      Protective of old problem people

      Pros

      M-th and 'optional' overtime, paired with decent benefits are well.

      Cons

      They're very protective of their holdovers when they were known as Westwind, even after several individuals have had multiple hr complaints. If you're old friends with the president you'll also get a promotion in the wake of hr and ethics complaints filed with the parent company, Aleut! If you have a mind for yourself on improving the workplace in any aspect, you'll become targeted and ostracized.
