      Pros

      They at least let people work remote, but that’s kinda it

      Cons

      Just laid off 40% of their staff with no notice and almost no severance. These people are all snake oil salesmen, and not to be trusted. Company is going under quickly

      Pros

      Generous PTO, work-life balance, benefits (medical, 401k, FSA/HSA) Great mission - most employees were supportive and awesome to work with!

      Cons

      - Poor business decisions, lack of communication, transparency & clear business model = 25% company laid-off -Room for growth and opportunities only provided for certain employees -HR very slow to respond
