      Typical body shop that grinds out people and strips from their pay rate

      Pros

      Not one comes to mind.

      Cons

      1). They profit greatly from your hard work, while you are paid below market rate 2). They allow their clients to demand you work per 40 hours without getting paid for over 40 hours. 3). Zero career path...just use, abuse and then drop you when they are done.

      Pros

      they give you cab and lunch. at least at the time i was there they used to give. don't know wht's the scene now.

      Cons

      management lacks basic empathy human feelings or what you usuallly call humanity. i took a day off on my son's birthday. the next day company's director called me to submit. though only the previous week i was commended by the company's CEO for excellence in delivery.
