When I transitioned into my role at Stratagon, I had just left an agency that was mismanaged, understaffed, and toxic. Stratagon helped me fall back in love with marketing, alleviating my burnout. The opportunities available to me at Stratagon helped me grow tremendously in my career. I was rewarded and recognized for my hard work. I was given responsibility and set up for success. If needed, leadership was close by to help get me through difficult challenges. The Partners at Stratagon genuinely care for their people like they are family.
Cons
This company is growing and there are certain challenges that come with that. With that said, leadership has a great vision and a plan to get there for the future. For an eager individual, this is a great opportunity to help write their story.
