      Work environment is decent based on locations.

      Executive management is sexist, you'll only be accept if your in the good ole boys group or ready to exploit yourself for the founder.

      Flexible working hours you can do 4\10 or 5\8 days or nights.

      Cons

      Pay is not consistent with piers in the same position. There aren't enough computers for staff (mind-blowing). Working conditions are bad (mold, rats, dust, dirty). Benefits are expensive.
