      Awesome company with a great team and boss

      Pros

      I was there in 2017. GD won't let me select anything earlier. Anyway, awesome company. Worked on 3D printers. Tested their software and hardware - CAD system.

      Cons

      Not sure any CONS apply. It was a good and fun job. Team was cool. Boss was awesome.

      Very friendly and supportive culture with a genuine emphasis on results rather than micromanagement. Hybrid work is handled well, with respect for personal time and boundaries. People are collaborative and approachable, and the technology and industry are genuinely interesting. Overall, a healthy work environment with good trust and flexibility.

      Cons

      Workload can be high, and last minute deadlines do happen. Cross team alignment is not always optimal, which can create inefficiencies, although this is acknowledged and active efforts are being made to improve it. Career growth is encouraged in principle but can be challenging during financially tough periods.
