      A great place if your career goals involve running in circles and mastering the art of nodding silently in meetings. Growth here is only for your stress levels.

      Cons

      Management strategy seems to rely on micromanagement, last-minute chaos, and a complete disregard for employee well-being. Came in with enthusiasm, left with a PhD in disappointment. The only consistent thing here is the inconsistency.

      You will start appreciating your life when you had no job.

      Cons

      Literally DICTATORSHIP. One man who is clueless runs the show. No hierarchy, no separate department. HR is a joke and act like PA for management. If you are sick of getting respect and learning in your current organization, then only join this circus.
