This company is the worst so far. Let me list down in point form. * salary payment is never on time. The longest delay I experienced was 2 weeks, due to shortage of fund. *staff are required to travel frequently, but paying out of their pockets. They could not get their reimbursement for more than 6 months and most of their claims are more than a thousand. Reimbursement is possible only if they have got the cash flow or the staff resigned. Travel advance? You will get it only if you know how to boot lick the management or if you are lucky. * office politics is terrible. This office is full of boot licker, backstabber and rumors. These make the working environment so terribly bad, causing the morale of the staff to be so low. * the staff benefits is very limited with pathetic increment, no bonus, no AWS. And management does not appreciate your hard work and spread rumors.

Management overpromises to clients, and then imposes unrealistic timelines and targets on the staff. In the end, the company under-delivers and nobody is happy. Management expects staff to start early, end late, and even work on weekends, without getting equivalent off days in return. Management will tell staff to cancel their holiday leave on the day of their flight to their holiday destination, even though the leave was already approved in advance. For overseas assignments, staff is expected to pay first, and then get their reimbursements many months later. HR is unprofessional and uncaring. Staff usually quit after a year or two, including key personnel in the Finance and Legal departments. The whole company is operated like a family business even though it's already a listed company.
