Pros
This company pretends to have 5 offices across the "world", but in the reality it is more like two offices with some partners, each of them running their own business.
Cons
Because of the small size of the firm, there is very few interactions between the offices (at the contrary of what they tell you when they hire you), and for the consultants there is not really opportunities to specialize yourself in one industry, because you depend of the projects that fall on the plate of your office, more than of having true industry practices. Even if it is normal in the consulting to work during long hours, here they take it really too at the serious, and the opportunities of formation are close to zero.
