Pros
You'll be working with good people and learning to think on the fly. Depending on who your manager is, you'll be able to have a flexible schedule to some extent. Those who are left are trying to make do with what they have, management that's stateside is helping their employees within their power.
Cons
Work flow and priorities are unpredictable, they change all the time and without any warning. The chances of you getting a pay raise are very slim and the owner of the company doesn't care about his employees at all. A layoff happened that ended up with 7 people gone in a matter of an hour with no notice, your job is NOT secure here. Any of the decisions that need to be approved by Brazil are pretty much at a standstill and the owner will talk down to his employees like they're animals.
