Pros

Liveable money, but not worth the amount of work place drama and poor treatment from managers

Cons

Terrible management. Dishonest staff and tip stealing. Moanagers and owners were not transparent about pay.

Pros

Almost nothing, pay was middle to decent to start

Cons

Where to begin. Long hours. Understaffed constantly. No break room or employee facilities of any kind. It was all about the guests, and absolutely nothing for the employees. The turnover rate is immense for a reason.

The company has a solid reputation within the Nashville community, making transitions to other locations within/without SH easier. The Chef-led properties are where its at for this company.

Cons

Tips, including cash, are distributed on a paycheck, w/none of the other benefits of a paycheck.
