Strategic Mission Elements Reviews

The company is small, but growing, and has a culture focused on both the missions we support, and the wellbeing of the employees. Access to the highest level of management is a short walk down the hallways away, with open door policies across the board. The benefits are far better than what I was offered for other similar positions. Two of the three top positions (CEO, COO) are held by women, there is a diverse workforce, with many backgrounds represented. There are a number of veteran employees as well.
