Management cares about its staff wellbeing and if an employee shows initiative, it will be rewarded with opportunity. Ultimately, you get what you put it, and if you put in the time, work, and have a consistently positive attitude, you can grow both professionally and personally. I feel that my work is valued, and the fact that this company cares just as much about its clients and its staff as they do about their bottom line is very inspiring! Great place to work, awesome experience!
