      Great community among junior staff but project variety can stall

      - Most industry teams are full of great people, strong sense of community amongst junior levels - Great resources for learning and development - General sense of care for wellbeing

      Cons

      - Wide variety of project work means that you can get stuck supporting a PwC PMO project for months on end - Recent Corp Strat / Deals merger created shifted teams and still working itself out
