Cons:- 1. Short project scope(minimal value and impact) 2. Overstressed project managers and student associates 3. The CEO is a wannabe McKinsey consultant. Instead of creating his own culture for the firm , he tries to copy others. 4. Bad company culture of just working

Our mission is to accelerate the learning and growth of young talents. - Regarding your feedback on CEO, we would make sure to deliver the feedback to him directly. He indeed had a history of preparing, mentoring and coaching young professionals who aspire to be MBB consultants and successfully supported a few.

I really enjoy working at SCG for several reasons: 1. Attitude to work – High-quality execution is a priority; for ambitious people it is a great place to work. Everyone is motivated to deliver 100+% 2. Interesting projects: besides consulting projects, SCG is working on intriguing internal projects, to stand out. It is not a typical consulting company relying on humans only. SCG has great visions of for its offerings, and it is exciting to be part of it! 3. I really like that the company also has a contingent payment. So the company pays out bonuses, when year is great and as an individual you contributed!

Cons

As it is a startup, changes are inevitable. You need to learn all the time, and baking able to switch from one position to another.

I have worked on multiple projects and business development activities at SCG which has given me a significant experience of working in the consulting industry. Here are some of the positives: - Experience of fast-paced projects working with senior management of some of the biggest companies - Dealing with complex problems and solving them together in a team-based collaborative environment - Applying theoretical knowledge to learn new skills and developing your professional network

Cons

This is not exactly a downside but one thing to keep in mind while working with SCG is that pressure can be immense when there are deadlines to adhere and results to be delivered to the clients.
