Great place to LEARN, WORK and GROW. You don't feel like you are working for a company, it's more of a family. Our CEO is very passionate about the company, it's culture, employees and their careers. He encourages us to think more like an entrepreneur than just an employee. We always feel that we own what ever we do here. That is probably the reason why we deliver our best to our clients and no doubt they are very happy with our deliverables. There is some magic to this place that pulls the right talent and make them shine at various levels. I previously worked with some big companies but the learning I got from Strateology is unmatched. I am pleased with the way company is handling its employees and able to continue the culture it started with. If you have a product mindset and want to build and learn products, this would be one of the companies that you are looking for.
