-Not many of the managers walks the talk in terms of technical skills. -Top down command, bottom guys are 'encourage' to be open but yet management are driving fears with anger -High turnover, ~50% turnover rate -Below market rate pay (13th month bonus are taken into account when made offer/increment) -Occasional high work load due to project (top down estimations where ground staff have no say in terms of effort required) -13th Month were not fully paid out yet, no commitment on the dates of clearance ( free loan from employees) -Half months salary payout, 2nd half comes in first or second week of the coming month -Investment on employees were of minimal, cost cutting has removed some of the technical training that is beneficial (e.g AWS) -Lack of cultivation of healthy work culture.
