The benefits and pay are good.

Cons

Work environment is not so good. Low morale. No teamwork. Lots of cliques and drama, and favouritism. Not much opportunity to advance if you aren’t a favourite.

Great people, great supervisors, great pay.

Cons

The only minor issue I had was not being able to book specific days off, but schedules are usually released wayyyyy in advance anyways.
