Pros
I've been working at Stratigent for a while and I've really enjoyed it. The best part of the job is the ability to learn the latest technologies so that you can build your resume quickly. The people I work with are really smart and great to work with as well. Lately, there has been more opportunity for moving up, so if you work hard and prove your worth, you can move up. Proving to management that you can be trusted with projects and to deliver good work on time is the key to being successful here.
Cons
Sometimes work/life balance goes out of whack and there are late nights, but I feel like it's just part of being a consultant. On the other side of the new tool coin, sometimes you get thrown on a project where no one has done the work before so you have to figure it out alone.

Pros
Great company culture. Very open-door policy by management. CEO is very open about a lot of the business moves we make and our finances. Support from management is pretty consistent. Work with a lot of cool people on a lot of cool projects.
Cons
Employee turnover interferes with quality of projects, but I hope some of that will be marginalized in the future. CEO is a little off with treatment of employees sometimes.. people notice.
