I believe the company as a whole is a solid organization with meaningful work and strong potential. There are talented people here. Executive leadership appears invested in growth and performance.

Cons

The company is still relatively new, and long-term stability and structure are still developing.

They have good pay and benefits

Cons

They struggle to prioritize and are constantly shifting focus. They expect everyone to work 24/7, but then talk about " work life balance". They have good benefits, but don't want anyone to actually use them. They're constantly trying to hire talent, but no one wants to move to Mojave so instead they spend millions on salaries annually for people in leadership roles that works remotely. When funding gets cut they just get rid of people as fast as possible. They like to hype up ROC, but in reality it's not an efficient or economical way to test regularly which should make anyone question the companies longevity.

fast paced working environment, working level team is fantastic, interesting technology

Cons

many good employees have been promoted into poor managers, Incongruity between CEO's shared vision and company decisions, Job descriptions do not always match the work that needs to be done. The company will only promote "on schedule" despite employees performing work at levels higher than their pay grade.
