      Very low pay for the amount of work/modalities/energy we put into the recovery of human being's lives.

      Given more responsibilities than an average tech so you can learn a good amount. Pay is good for a tech.

      Cons

      They have PT Techs perform tasks that PTAs or PTs should be performing, which is not legal. Hard to get days off. Very high turnover.
