The company treats employees like people and management is very caring and transparent. Benefits are good, especially for a small company. Seem to be growing with contracts and staff and employees are dedicated and loyal to the company. I can tell that as the company grows, new programs are getting put into place around training, compensation, culture and benefits. Mission is really interesting. Great company to work for!

Would be nice to schedule more social events with colleagues. Otherwise, things are pretty great.
