      A great company, with a lot of directions and some radio silence

      - Family oriented environment, they seem to care about what's on your plate - Always a challenge to have - Somewhat open to new ideas

      Cons

      - Some radio silence due to remote nature; you'll need to be self-driven - Poor documentation of codebase, some things "just work"

      Dated tech-stack and development practices

      Pros

      Working remotely, and pay was at market rate.

      Cons

      Old tech stack (nope, not a SPA web-app, just server-rendered HTML + JQuery), lack of unit/integration testing (and no desire to implement that). No CI, CD or anything you might expect in a shop after, say, 2005. Forget about methodologies like Scrum or Kanban, instead simply envision a set of features and bugs to be worked on one after the other.
