Pros
I love that my benefits are paid in full for me as an employee. I receive a reimbursement for my car and cell phone. I love working with my team. They are a fabulous team to work with. I think we offer a lot of great things for our clients. I love working with my clients. It's the best part of my job. I love that there is a variety in my day. The HR Generalists are amazing and do a lot of the work. The employee of the month program is super cool
Cons
I don't feel like I am always listened to. I feel like there could be better processes in place. All the departments could do a better job of listening to each other. I hear from people that's not my job so I'm not going to do it. We have an opportunity to earn a bonus each month by doing so much consulting time or admin time and if we don't spend enough time doing it our bonus is impacted. I feel like it does not encourage team work. Some people are allowed to work overtime and others are not. I was also told that I would have to work here for 5 to 10 years here before I could receive a promotion. Even though Stratus.hr is a PEO company they are not as compliant as they should be. They don't even have a labor law poster hanging in their facility and yet we make sure all of our clients have one. There is an expectation to do all of your work in 40 hours and it's a lot of work.

Stratus.hr has helped create flexible work arrangements for employees. I've been working part-time from home for over 3 years and wouldn't have been able to be in the workforce otherwise. They're constantly adding do their suite of technology/tools for clients and employees and are always looking for feedback and suggestions to make improvements. Highly recommend this company.
Cons
This is a company that expects employees to get their job down without any micromanaging. If you need to be pushed to get your work done, this isn't the company for you.
