Pros
Stratus.hr has helped create flexible work arrangements for employees. I've been working part-time from home for over 3 years and wouldn't have been able to be in the workforce otherwise. They're constantly adding do their suite of technology/tools for clients and employees and are always looking for feedback and suggestions to make improvements. Highly recommend this company.
Cons
This is a company that expects employees to get their job down without any micromanaging. If you need to be pushed to get your work done, this isn't the company for you.

I have found Stratus.hr to be a professional and well managed company. The President and CEO have been in the HR management business for more than 25 years, and have created a fun and professional team environment.
Cons
Employee feedback has been that the company needs more training opportunities. HR Director is working to improve the training process.
