Straub Construction, Inc. has been in business for thirty five years. It has managed too attract highly professional staff and intent to employ innovative approaches.

Cons

Unable to identify vision for competitiveness. Upper management will seek, listen and then discard employees suggestions. High turnover.

Some people are in manager roles that have little to no experience and therefore you do a lot of the work that they should know how to do.

people and middle management are nice and do their best

Cons

senior management over-rides middle management. - expect that the high they've ridden will end since the owner now only listens to consultants that know nothing about anything before his team or employees that have raised the company up.
