Company has annual gathering for one week which is fun to get away for one week, however it’s accommodated with back-to-back meetings. Sorry, haven't got much to say for pros.

Cons

Too much stress and pressure Reluctant to hire more head counts and always short staffed High expectations, the company keeps launching new products to increase the revenue and you don't get enough time for planning and implementing strategy for launch. It's all about numbers and sales Whole team keep changing, impossible to get to know your colleagues and build relationships. Very high staff turnover and I found it very unusual for a global organisation. Some Directors are far out of their depth with no qualifications.

Toxic culture with inept local leadership zero strategy

Good products the best but can’t get them in stock

Cons

Full management team completely absent, no leadership or communication, high turnover of staff nearly one a month, can’t get products or answers, long term staff left for a reason and no one cares or asks why. All management and product team have zero clinical experience. You are very much on your own, no support, no care don’t jump on a sinking ship. Company in Australia breaking down to complete dysfunction with no lifeline.

Advancement not tied to competence, terrible work life balance ie none, work to exhaustion then leave, most of the time you are a glorified courier, back orders, slow to respond to product issues, lack of strategic direction, disappointing response to customer feedback
