Pros
My time working at StraussGroup only ended as I moved back home across the state. If I had plans to stay in Buffalo - I probably would have never left as that seems to be the trend upon the awesome team there. Randy and Jake take great care of their people. If you are looking for a job that challenges you, encourages you, and is a fun place to show up - look no further. I learned so much about confidence and resiliency in this role, and those are skills that have truly shaped the person I am today. We truly had so much fun in office and had just as much fun doing business!
Cons
Cold-calls. Lol - any recruiter will get that part! Good thing most of their searches are retained and with over 20 years in business, they are a notable name that business naturally flows to anyways. Anddddd cold calling isn't that bad! (If you are reading this, you got this!)
