Pros
It's the people here that make this company great to work for. We're like one big family who hang out 5 days a week and get stuff done. The management here are so down to earth, they listen to our questions and feedback, it's very clear they put in the extra effort to make sure life is easier for all of us and we have a good time together.
Cons
Is it strange I can't think of a single thing to write here. At a stretch the only thing I could list for a con, is the office is getting a little cramped for space as we've expanded so quickly, but we're due to move into a brand new, much larger office before the end of the year, so that's soon not to be an issue anymore. What else can I say, this is the best job I've ever had.
