      Pros

      They'll hire anybody. The less to no experience you have in the PCB business, the better the chances you'll get hired.

      Cons

      In 6 years, I never had an employee review. They don't give annual raises, only time you get a raise is if you threaten to leave. Facilities are very dirty.
