Operators are skilled and are willing to go the extra mile.

Cons

CEO limits his mangement teams abilitiy to function properly. He hires people with specific skill sets and then micromanages the method he wants followed even to the point of detracting from the expected results. This has resulted in an inabiltiy to correct process issues.

Cons

Most new hire can not work more than 3 months even you are manager level. 90% of the employees are from South or Central America and from the main customer.
