Didn't Macromanage Neer an issue with paychecks Benefits kicked in quickly

Hired a team of people for YouTube content and then laid them all off after two months. The excuse was expectations with growing the channel weren't met but out subscriber numbers had doubled in two months and no expectations had been outlined to the team.

Can work 100% from home

Cons

Toxic work environment, early stand-up meetings, low quality benefits. They will not train you and will expect you to start writing code in their codebase without teaching you anything. No junior (in a normal company) is expected of this. Expected to tolerate being yelled and sweared at, along with constant threats of termination. It is in your best interest to not work here as a developer.
