Lousy PTO, must be a part of the good old boy club to be promoted, management lacks people skills, HR has no direction, management goes through employees instant messages and emails to find out what employees are doing, dress code isn't followed and extreme favoritism.
In the 2 years I was there, all but 1 employee in HR has left the company.
Based on my work performance and skills I was more than qualified for a promotion. My supervisor wouldn't promote me because she read an unfavorable instant message between me and another employee about her. She said I needed to earn her trust before she would consider me for a promotion.
My supervisor set up a meeting with me to inform me that I need to falsify monthly reports so the President doesn't see anything negative that had happened in my report.
Management regularly looks through social media accounts to see what employees are doing outside of work. Mainly checking Facebook and LinkedIn accounts.
Management regularly sends bullying email to employees.
HR follows whatever path management requests of them. There is nothing across the board that HR follows. They don't even follow the company handbook if a manager doesn't want to follow a policy, then it's not followed and nothing is done about it.
