      It was a fun place to try to figure things out

      Cons

      The company was completely disorganized at the time, and the owner didn't know what to do with himself. This caused the company to flounder and be mired in indecision and confusion.

      Pros

      The company is very employee/family oriented and cares about it's staff. The company is very accommodating when you need to work remote for various reasons.

      Cons

      Many staff are remote which can sometimes be a challenge when trying to schedule calls etc due to time zone differences.
